Moores Building Art Space: SHOTS Photo Exhibition

SHOTS Photo Exhibition is a biennial exhibition showcasing some of the best photography from across Western Australia. Founded by Rick Bawden in 2016, SHOTS was created to give local photographers the opportunity to exhibit their work in a professional gallery setting and to share their photography with a wider audience.

Ten years on, SHOTS brings together both experienced and first-time exhibitors from a wide range of backgrounds. In 2026, twenty photographers will present around 100 works, reflecting the diversity of contemporary photography in Western Australia.

The exhibition spans a broad range of genres and styles, from intriguing abstract aerials and memorable landscapes to captivating wildlife, people, travel and creative fine-art photography. Many of the works will be available for purchase, with proceeds going directly to the exhibiting photographers.

With its distinctive gallery spaces and Fremantle setting, Moores Building Art Space provides an ideal home for an exhibition as varied and individual as SHOTS.
