Join FAC Exhibitions and Engagement Coordinator Emma Buswell as she takes you on a tour of A Gift and a Shadow, commissioned as part of the Fremantle Art Centre’s Engagement Exhibition Program.

A Gift and a Shadow brings together new work by Walyalup-based artist and designer Sally Bower. Exploring the absurdity of life, and the magic in the everyday, Sally transforms exhibition spaces with soft sculpture, drawing, painting and provocation. On this tour the curator will explore how artists like Sally use their practice to make sense of, and communicate with the world around them, tools that might be helpful in how you approach your own day.

At the end of the tour, stick around and try out the fortune pathway Sally has designed, a pathway that reveals your destiny!
