About our outdoor spaces

Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre offers 3 stunning outdoor spaces. If you would like to know more about hiring a space for your show please complete the enquiry form below.

Please note WFAC does not hire out its building or grounds for private functions.

South Lawn

Capacity: 3,400 people
Space: Approx. 3,500m2 of split level (3 tiers) grassed lawn
Setting: A perfect concert space overlooked by WFAC’s gothic heritage building.

Front Garden

Capacity: 500 seated | 1000 general admission
Space: Approx. 900m2 lawn on WFAC’s Northern border
Setting: Lawned courtyard underneath the London Plain trees.

Inner Courtyard

Capacity: 300 general admission or 150 seated
Space: Approx. 350m2 courtyard in the centre of WFAC’s historic building
Setting: An enclosed grassed area that provides an intimate setting with good acoustics.
