The Artist Has entered the building… – City of Fremantle Collection

… The Artist has entered the building is an exhibition that shows work from artists in residence at FAC since 1974.

 

This exhibition shows the history of artistic practice at FAC drawing upon acquisitions and loans from artists who have participated in the Artist in Residence (AIR) program.

 

The AIR program, a core and fundamental part of FAC’s program, provides a supportive place for artists to work andthe opportunity for audiences to witness the process of art making.

 

Artists in the exhibition include Sandra Black, Jazmina Cininas, George Haynes, Alun Leach-Jones, Jane Martin, Ian Wroth and Gary Zeck. Works include prints, paintings and ceramics.
