Undertow | The Personal Is_

In the final days of the Undertow season, join Soul Alphabet for The Personal Is_

Responding to the exhibition and the Soul Alphabet collaborative work within it entitled At the Ridges of Our Hands, the evening will be a deep dive into waves of migration and hair stories, food, and mapping personal and intimate connections through a guided zine-making workshop with Studio Kiin.

The night will also include a tour of the exhibition, a guided conversation led by The LeftOut Podcast, amazing food by Injera House, music and refreshments.

What to bring

A collection of images or letters (poems, song lyrics, stories, news articles) you would like to add to your zine. When compiling these items; think of the relationship you have with the ocean and the movement of people (your people). 

What to expect

A guided zine-making workshop, responding to the evenings themes and discussions. Learn how to create and self bind a zine.
