Sunday Music: Lucky & Louis + Dolly Catron

Lucky and Louis’ Blues and Zydeco Party

Louis Rebeiro’s love for blues ignited at the tender age of 10, setting him on a lifelong musical journey. A history enthusiast, Louis dove deep into the roots of blues, drawn to its rich tapestry of stories and emotions. In 2024 he crossed paths with Grammy Award winning slide guitar virtuoso, Lucky Oceans, who has graced the stage with countless blues legends.

Through Lucky’s tales of the old blues maestros and their escapades, they found the inspiration to create a show that pays homage to these classics. Join Louis, Lucky Oceans, and their tight band as they weave together timeless tunes with captivating stories, bringing the legends and their music to life for this special show that tells the story of the blues and of Zydeco, a special, very danceable version of the Blues from Louisiana that inspired Lucky to found the Zydecats. The joy that this group emanates can be appreciated by people of all generations.
