FAC’s annual New Year’s Day Concert returns with soul-pop purveyors Lake Street Dive (USA). The Brooklyn-based quartet is touring the country with their debut album Side Pony, following a mesmerising performance at the 2015 Perth Festival. After their cover of The Jackson 5’s I Want You Back went viral, the genre-defying group have drawn fans and acclaim across the globe. Complete with frontwoman Rachel Price’s husky alto, Motown grooves and ’60s-era rock, kick off the new year in retro style.

They will be joined by local favourites Soukouss Internationale, Odette Mercy & Her Soul Atomics, Sunshine Brothers and DJ Butter Chicken. It’s going to be a sweet night of soul, reggae and pop.
