Make a Bee Bath for Older Kids

Buzz into creativity with this fun, hands-on ceramics workshop. You’ll learn simple clay-building techniques to shape a small water dish to help our buzzing friends stay hydrated in the garden and decorate your piece, then add colourful glazes before it’s kiln-fired at WFAC.

What to bring:

• A water bottle and snack or lunchbox for longer classes
• A sunhat for any outdoor breaks
• All materials included.

What to wear:

• Closed toed shoes
• Clothes you don’t mind getting messy.

Drop of and Pick Up:

• All parents/guardians need to drop off and pick up their child from the studio
• No students will be permitted to leave without written confirmation by a parent/guardian.

Ceramics Collection:

• Please note ceramics works that need to be fired may take up to 4 weeks. We will notify you via email when your pieces are ready to collect!

Building Accessibility

Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre is a heritage-listed building with access limitations. While there are no lift facilities within the main building, the ceramics studio is wheelchair accessible.
