About the class
Join jeweller Sophie Quinn for a focused one-day workshop where you’ll make your own pair of hoop earrings from start to finish.
You’ll be guided through the process of shaping, forming, and finishing metal to create a clean, well-balanced pair of Stirling Silver hoops. With step-by-step demonstrations and individual support, you’ll build confidence using tools and techniques while refining your hand skills.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave with a completed pair of wearable earrings and a solid introduction to working with metal in a jewellery studio.
Suitable for beginners, with no prior experience needed.
Students to wear closed in shoes and tie up long hair for safety reasons.
Building Accessibility
Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre is a heritage-listed building with access limitations. While there are no lift facilities within the main building, the ceramics studio is wheelchair accessible.
We acknowledge these limitations and are committed to improving accessibility where possible. We continue to explore ways to make our programs more inclusive and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions.
Should you, or the person you are enrolling for, have any other additional requirements, please include these details when booking. Should you wish to chat to one of our friendly team, feel free to contact Reception on 9432 9555 or email ArtsCentre@fremantle.wa.gov.au to discuss any individual needs.
