    Prior to signing a studio lease agreement, you must hold and maintain Public Liability insurance for an amount not less than AUD $10,000,000 per occurrence and provide certificates of currency to WFAC prior to commencing occupation and on renewal. The Artist is responsible for insurance of their own property, materials and artworks; WFAC does not insure the Artist’s property.
