A Day of Shibori Dyeing: Saturday 5th July with Roberta Leary
An informative and hands-on workshop to get you inspired! Learn how to make and use Procion Dyes to create exceptionally brilliant colours. Using Shibori dyeing techniques, the ancient art of Japanese resist dyeing, create your own beautiful range of unique fabrics in different colours including indigo blue.
What to bring:
- Apron
- Notepad & pen
- If you have a particular item you would like to dye (cotton/linen/silk) please bring this along
Building Accessibility
Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre is a heritage-listed building with access limitations. While there are no lift facilities within the main building, the ceramics studio is wheelchair accessible.
