Open Studio | Anjani Khanna

Anjani Khanna, FAC’s first recipient of the Artist in Residence Exchange program with Art Ichol, India, opens her studio to visitors this Sun 26 Nov.

The Mumbai-based ceramicist is inspired by constant confrontation with contradiction, which makes up a large part of everyday living in India. Anjanni’s work comprises of imagined figurative sculptures, each with their own story, which she will continue to develop throughout her four week residency.

The FAC-Art Ichol Artist Exchange is a reciprocal residency program between Fremantle Arts Centre and Indian multi-arts organisation, Art Ichol.
