New Year’s Day 2021

After an arduous year that included COVID, bushfires, shutdowns, lockdowns, climate records, border closures, travel restrictions and social distancing we’ve all come to realise that what we can truly rely on is our people, our tribe, our friends, our families, our communities and our neighbourhoods. It is the little real things that bring warmth and make us feel good.

So what better way to start 2021, a year that almost defines hope, than with the sweetest little annual New Years Day gathering on earth, right here at Fremantle Arts Centre.

The legendary annual New Year’s Day concert is one of those reliable and perfectly timed moments to help you start the year with the warmth of the sunshine, music and friends on the grass at the best venue in town.

To help you do that in 2021 it’s a heart-warming and diverse combination of our finest exports of premium reggae, soul, art-pop, funk, afro and world music.
