Jewellery Fundamentals with Alida Cappelletta

About the class

Discover the art of jewellery making in this flexible, self-paced 6-week course designed for both beginners and experienced makers. Let contemporary jeweller Alida Cappelletta guide you through the process of creating your own wearable artworks.

Throughout the course, you’ll work with sterling silver and other metals while learning essential techniques such as sawing, soldering, filing, texturing, and polishing. Alida will support you every step of the way as you develop one or more custom projects—whether it’s a simple pair of earrings, a unique necklace, or a more advanced hinged piece.

You’ll also have the chance to explore intermediate skills like roller printing, riveting and metal inlay. With Alida’s expert guidance, you’ll create jewellery that reflects your personal style and grows with your skill level.
